Hey, I’m Andrew — Owner, DJ, and Photographer behind Rhodey Entertainment.

I’ve been part of the wedding world for about five years, but music’s been in my blood since middle school. Before I ever mixed a first dance, I was a touring vocalist in a rock band, learning first-hand how to read a crowd, build energy, and make every moment feel electric. That same passion now drives what I do behind the decks — keeping your guests dancing, laughing, and talking about your wedding long after the night ends.

My approach is simple: no gimmicks, no stress — just a smooth, fun, and unforgettable experience. I’m big on preparation and communication, so your wedding day flows naturally. I coordinate with every vendor, keep the timeline on track, and make sure the energy never dips. Whether it’s setting the mood during dinner or blowing the roof off during open dance, my goal is to make your day effortless and full of joy.

Photography grew naturally out of all that live energy. After years of performing, I started shooting other bands on stage — chasing that same adrenaline from behind the lens. Now, I bring that same instinct for timing and emotion into wedding photography. I know when the magic happens — the quick glances, the messy laughter, the chaos on the dance floor — and I’m there to catch it without ever getting in the way.

When I’m not working, I’m writing music, running karaoke nights at local bars, or spending time as a stay-at-home dad with my two incredible daughters. They keep me humble, and on my toes!
